All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or credits once a subscription or service has been purchased.
2 No Refund Policy
Once a subscription plan or any paid service is purchased on Assistica AI, the transaction is considered final and non-refundable. This applies to:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Charges for the current billing cycle are non-refundable, even if you cancel before the cycle ends.
- Annual Subscriptions: Full annual payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the paid period, but no partial or prorated refund will be issued.
- One-Time Purchases: Any add-ons, upgrades, or one-time service purchases are non-refundable.
- Plan Downgrades: If you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, no refund or credit will be issued for the difference in price.
3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after the billing period ends.
- No refund will be issued for any remaining unused time in the current billing cycle.
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after the subscription ends, after which it may be permanently deleted.
4 Free Trial
If your plan includes a free trial period:
- You will not be charged during the trial period.
- You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged accordingly.
- Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, the no-refund policy applies.
5 Exceptions
In rare and exceptional circumstances, we may consider a refund at our sole discretion. These may include:
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged more than once for the same service due to a technical error.
- Service Unavailability: If our platform experiences extended downtime (exceeding 72 continuous hours) that prevents you from using the service entirely.
To request consideration for an exception, you must contact us within 7 days of the charge in question with relevant details and proof.
6 Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately suspend or terminate your account.
- Pursue the disputed amount through appropriate channels.
- Restrict you from creating future accounts on our platform.
We encourage you to contact our support team before initiating any dispute so we can work together to resolve the issue.
7 Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
